Riverbluff Triathlon: Training Plan Drop

Mark your calendars: Riverbluff Triathlon is set for August 28th in Ashland City, TN! And once again I'll be offering up a 10-week training plan to get you to the start line of the Sprint or Olympic distance race. The event, put on by Team Magicracing, promises to be a fun time for all. So, if you live in the Nashville area, consider joining in on some fun training and racing.

Plan Details

This plan is a 10-week program that builds your training to peak for Riverbluff Triathlon. Because there are sprint and olympic distance race options, I will have plans specifically designed for the sprint or olympic! The plan provides you with structured workouts that are downloadable to your GPS watch & Zwift so you can move through the workouts with ease. Workouts will have heart rate, pace, and power options so that you can train with the equipment that is available to you.

Each Thursday you'll have the option to join in on a group track session. I will lead each session and have workouts designed specifically for Riverbluff. Before the race we'll have a session to practice transitions so you feel confident in this area leading into the race.

Everything that is included in the plan:

  • Detailed training schedule written by a USA Triathlon certified coach

  • Weekly coached track workout

  • Basic Training Peaks account

  • Transition practice before the event

  • Weekly access to coach for questions

  • Coach supported race

  • The chance to win some free swag

Sign Up Details

The plan officially kicks off on June 20th! Registration is open now until June 18th. You can register by emailing: sarah@boltonendurance.com. Instructions for claiming your Training Peaks account (and access to your plan!) will be provided at that time along with all the other fun information you'll need to get started. The training program is a one time rate of $150.00 (that's just $15 a week!).
